Bathroom Blues - one sad rubber ducky needing new digs.

We have a rental property requiring an updated bathroom. We have a basic plan in mind, however require someone to bring this vision into reality. We are also open to ideas. Tenant is very keen for the renovation to be done, however also has young children so will require a quick turn around. May be further work if this goes well also as we are looking at renovating other areas of the home.
