New shower put in including new and reconfigured mixer and hot water outlet position. Existing bath removed for the new shower unit. Old wall heater and towel rail removed. Old vanity removed and a new one put in in another area of the bathroom. An extractor fan put in. New seratone claddings for the walls as required and a new ceiling put in.
