New kitchen and laundry room

Requires builder/draftsman able to redesign kitchen area to be more spacious. Wall and pantry to be removed. Remove existing cupboards, benches, and flooring. Reconfigure space to fit new kitchen potentially with an island bench top. Remove wallpaper from laundry room. Remove shower and supporting wall from laundry. Remove wash tub from laundry. Remove linoleum flooring from laundry/kitchen/hallway. Remove carpet from living/dining area. Fit either tongue and groove wooden flooring, vinyl or tile flooring to these areas. Install new kitchen. Install new laundry tub. Install new cabinetry to laundry room. Install bench to laundry which will house a front loading washer and dryer below.
