Paint window frame, skirting and door frames in semi or gloss white - Accent Paint. Repair any holes in the bedroom door, prep and paint in semi or gloss white same as door frames etc - Accent Paint. Fit new Door handle passage set. Replace light Battern, light shade , light switch and power socket. Check curtain rail and wardrobe rail, replace if needed. Measure up dimensions of kitchen sink cabinet and location of tap plumbing. Remove old kitchen sink cabinet. Throw out cabinet Check and evaluate kitchen pantry and drawers and breakfast bar?can they be repaired and repainted with new handles installed? Repair and prep all walls for new kitchen sink cabinet installation. Sand and prep all window sills and kitchen frame work. Paint kitchen walls in Oyster Grey or Quill grey - Accent Paint. Paint ceilings in flat white - Accent Paint Paint all window sills and door frames in semi or gloss white - Accent Paint. Install new kitchen sink cabinatery and bench top and tap work. Replace light batterns, light shades,light switchs and power sockets. Line Fridge cavity with gib or melamine, paint and finish. Check rear door lock and security, replace lock set if needed. Hallway Repair any holes or damage in ceiling, walls door frames. Replace any skirting boards. Remove Shower head and tap work, remove shower linings Remove tiles from front of shub as these will need to be used again. Remove shub, break it or cut it up in sections with angle grinder to remove it if need be. Replace skirting boards or door frames, only superficail. PLUMBER to repair/relace damaged pipe works and assist in shub reinstallation if needed. PLUMBER to install new toilet cistern and seat. Repair or patch any holes or damage to the walls and ceiling Clean up grout with acid cleaner/bleach best possible. Paint ceiling in flat white, cheap ceiling paint. Paint walls in Oyster grey as you have picked Fit new toilet roll holder and towel rail if needed. Fit new light batern, light switch, sockets if applicable as bathroom has extractor fan light unit. Fit new passage Set.
