2 bedroom rental house

Carpets need to be removed, minor plastering, some light fittings, interior paint, some cupboards etc, new shub to be installed in bathroom, out side clean up and some fence repairs, doesnt have to be top notch job, just sound work, willing to pay off the books, it has been previously rented and is in need of a tidy up, sick and tired of repairs been done then 2 weeks later another repair, just want it all ticked off and done. currently empty, no timeframe as such, could suit fill in job?
