Bathroom & Kitchen Reno
Job description
Needing a much needed bathroom & kitchen reno for a current rental property in Flaxmere. Flooring removed and replaced , as well as toilet , shower , bath and vanity for the bathroom. The toilet is seperate from the rest of the bathroom . So wanting a completely new and fresh look . Have a few ideas on what I'd like done leaning more towards a modern low maintenance look but am open to suggestions to improve it or cut costs in any areas . For the kitchen , it will need to be either repaired or if unable to completely replace . Not to sure on measurements of the jobs but have attached some photos from the house inspection (there the only ones I have atm) but more then welcome to view and quote the jobs . Also have another bathroom at a different property that needs some major work , but that's for another time. Hopefully be able to get these jobs completed in the next 2 - 3 months . Would just need to work around the tenants . So if these jobs sound like you or your team let me know . Would love to get these projects started asap. Thank you , look forward to hearing from you :)

Went above and beyond in terms of doing the jobs we needed done . Poor contact on my behalf due to taking on to many projects at the one time . But Chad was professional , easy going and great had great communication . impressed by his workmanship, his friendly nature and his willingness to get the jobs done .
