Replace bath with a tiled shower & install a new vanity

I have a 1920s bungalow that was renovated about 2 years ago. In the bathroom I want to get rid of the bath and replace with a shower of roughly the same dimensions, with a tiled floor and step-in lip, and glass panels with a walk -in entrance. I also want to tile the floor to ceiling of two bathroom walls - both make up the shower walls and one extends past the shower. I want a new (better designed) vanity installed next to the shower (where the current one is positioned). It would be good to have the work completed within the next 4 months (by end of August at the latest).
