Remove the shower and replace with new shower, also may need to move the vanity base and top slightly or install new floor standing vanity, if cost is to high to alter original vanity. There will be some building work and plumbing. We plan once the work is done to get vinyl flooring replaced and painting ourselves.

Very pleased with this job. Great communication and workmanship. I would definitely use this builder in future. He made an excellent job on replacing the shower, vanity and mirror cabinet.
