Presale home renovation

Hi, I'm about to sell my rental property. So I'm currently thinking to do some renovations before going on sale. The stuff I have in mind includes: 1. new carpet; 2. scaping wallpaper then paint; 3. new vanity and shower box; 4. new flooring from kitchen, toilet and bathroom. 5. minor repairs of cracks in the garden; The house is a 1950s brick house around 130 sqm in size and will be vacant by end of this month. If this can be done before the mid or end of Jan next year that will be great. Thanks in advance. Spencer Han
