Kitchen bench extension

Hi, I’m wanting an extension on our island kitchen bench with cabinetry underneath. Our current bench is stone dimensions are 2396 x 886 The extension would be behind it with added 2396 x 600 The cabinetry below would be shelving with sliding door or normal cabinet cupboards The bench top would be same thickness as stone top 30mm but wood finish. Will look at stone depending on price. We are looking to re tile the entire kitchen living dining area , where the existing tile finishes is where the extension needs to end.
