Convert the bedroom 3.0m by 3.0m to the lounge

Hi, We are looking to make the below changes to our house - 1) As per plan attached, we want to have the lounge closer to the main entrance i.e replace the bedroom 3.0m by 3.0m with the lounge. 2) to build a wardrobe in the current lounge (proposed room)- marked blue on the plan 3) remove less than half a meter wall - marked red on the plan 4) replace carpet in the hallway with tiles - marked green on the plan. Thanks
