House is in Frankton - remove existing toilet, vanity unit and bath, replace with new toilet, vanity unit in same positions, bath to be replaced with shower. no moving of walls, but will require wall covering formica or similar. small square shape bathroom - ceiling to floor 2400mm / south wall to north wall 1700mm
