Garage conversion

We want to turn our garage into a sleep out. It’s half-way there already as the walls and ceiling are lined but we want to change the windows and replace the roller door with some new framing/cladding and a door. The floor requires some work as it’s currently made up of some parquet wood that we think sits directly on the dirt apart from a small patch of concrete in one corner. There’s a hole in the brick wall that needs to be filled (looks like the cowboy former owner was looking to plumb a vanity from the house next door) . There is also some rotten timber around the gable that needs replacing.
