Bathroom , toilet and ensuite renovation.

Main bathroom : Removal of shower cubicle , vanity and built in bath will call for new floors. The walls that the existing shower is against will probably need replacing. Want a tiled walk in shower built and probably wall to ceiling tiles throughout the whole bathroom. New fixtures , mirror , wall hung double vanity , stand alone bath. Will need some clever thinking to fit chosen bath in. Extractor fan and heated towel rail to be fitted. Toilet: New flooring and wall hung toilet to be fitted. Wall to ceiling tiling through out. Depending on cost , would like a small hand basin fitted. Ensuite: Removal of old shower , vanity and toilet will call for new flooring again. Probable replacement of wall behind shower. Want walk in shower built with floor to ceiling tiles through out ensuite. Wall hung toilet , wall hung vanity , extractor fan and heated towel rail to be fitted. Depending on cost involved , possibly extend one wall out a tad.
