Repairing gap in Bathroom ASAP

We recently had a leak from our bath which meant that the small gap between the bath and the basin was damaged and the wood that was in there was removed. The leak has been repaired and waterproofed however we now need a builder to fix up the gap in the floor. There used to be a little shelf in place but that doesn’t necessarily need to be that way again.
