Job description
Full renovation of small bathroom at my Rental property, Room size --- W x 2400H. Completely gut the existing bathroom (bath, vanity, wall linings and ceiling), Repair water damaged chipboard flooring (approx --- ) which also extends in to the toilet next room, and any damage to wall framework as required. Reline with Aqualine Gib, install shower and vanity, Plumbing already in position, new tap for vanity, slider and rose for shower. Electrical; 150mm fan and 2 led lights to be fitted. Floor; lined with 6mm fibrolite? And prepped ready for vinyl layer, Fit out; mirror, towel rail , finishing timber, paint. As this is a rental property and only has this 1 bathroom, the job will need to be done as quickly as it can be once started , to minimise the impact on the tenants
