Shower door needs fixing keeps coming off the hinge -- needs replacing #2

Shower door needs fixing keeps coming off We replaced the hinge but needs more help then we can do... We have at the hinge repeated screwed in and repeated attempted to fix I now I am looking for someone that can change the hinges and make it not a concern for us... as well as at the base of the shower some of the tiler filler needs to be refilled.
