Brian did a fantastic and genuine job, I would definitely use again and recommend him for any building or maintenance work. Brian was so positive and visited site few times even before signing agreement and explained everything very clear to me. He has booked all the inspections with council and followed up, For the final inspection and compliance he came to site and follow up everything with the inspector without charging any for his time and travel.
