Remove Bath Tub and Install Shower Cubicle

A small bathroom a- It seems a small area of the floor has been wet for a while due to the problem with old bath tub not sealed properly. So plan to remove the bath tub and install a new shower Cubicle. The floor timber under the bath tub needs to be replaced. The rest of the bathroom floor was replaced and tiled in late 2017, so no need to be re-done. The wall on the window side beside the bath tub might need to be re-plastered and jibbed if there is damage caused by the splash water. So will need a site visit for quote.
