Help with Bathroom & Laundry Renovation & a few odd jobs around the house

We would like to renovate our bathroom and laundry. We will be doing the dismantling and tiling ourselves and we would like some one to help out with the rest (fitting new sink, shower, paint etc.) Bath and toilet will remain, but we want to renovate the rest. Our biggest concern is the the floor under our shower. The floor is quite spongy and we think there could be some water damage around the area. Other odd jobs around the house include replacing a board in the front door steps and fixing a squeaky floorboard in the lounge. We're hoping to get this done in June/July if possible
