Kitchen and general Renovations

Looking to update kitchen/living area and Laundry area. Kitchen/Living area: -Install new kitchen (still under design) -Remove bulkhead over ceiling to leave a raking ceiling -Remove wall to extend kitchen into existing void (see attached floor plan) -Reline walls (insulation to exterior walls) -Reline ceiling or leave existing and build new ceiling 100mm lower. -Replace door to bathroom (brown door) and tidy up appearance of HWC and loft access - New lighting and sockets where required Laundry Area: -level floor to match floor level of house -Reline walls/cover up existing weatherboard -Remove existing window and fill. new window to be on west wall. - New laundry unit where existing window is - new plumbing where required House was Rewired approx 15 years ago. Good access under house. Looking to start work in 3 to 6 months prelim Financing approved from bank
