Strip out bathroom and install new shower over Dina bath, install vanity. Also remove hot water (low Pressure) and install external cylinder. New cabinet in kitchen Reinforce under 2 tiles in roof Replace or secure front fence and new fence up driveway with gate. Replace rotten fence post at back of section Will also need to lay new vinyl in Kitchen/dining. toilet and bathroom Very limited budget
