bathroom renovation

My bathroom is 6.72 square meters. The toilet is part of the bathroom and we would like the toilet to be in its own room. We will be demolishing all the walls in the bathroom and putting up another wall for the toilet. The floors will be tiled around the new shower as well as above the new bath and vanity. We will also need new windows in the bathroom and the new toilet. Also we would need an electrician to install lighting and put in an extractor. We are also looking at installing gas.
