Villa renovation #2

Master bedroom extension with walk-in robe and new ensuite. Rebuilding existing lean-to kitchen and laundry; removal of dividing wall between kitchen and dining. Renovating existing bathroom. We are very keen to find someone with experience with old character homes - we want to recycle and use reclaimed windows/doors etc where possible. We are after an estimate of cost for the structural build in the first instance. We have 5 small children and require someone reliable - we can’t afford to be mucked about please. Clear communication and an honest, up-front approach is a must. We are in Waiuku so local would be best to minimise travel. Our plans are with council and have been for around a month so we are hoping for approval in the next few weeks. We would like to begin ASAP on acceptance of estimates/quotes. I can take more photos when the house is a bit tidier!
