Original reno --- , shower installed with no sealer, Juliano initially very difficult to deal with over issue, insurance process not easy and took several months, tiles removed, shower removed, gib repairs, reinstall shower, tiles, and new vanity, unable to use for 6+ months, need to ensure people doing work are qualified, there had also been an earlier problem with the paintwork which had to be redone.
