Builder with/able to provide plumbing & waterproofing skills to fix up water-damaged wooden flooring, install a new shub/shower cubicle and a hung vanity. The house is a 50's ex-state house. This job has urgency. Brief: Remove all existing fixtures, replace flooring, install a shub with shower and corner cubicle, new pedestal hand-basin with a slimline mirror-door cabinet and new toilet/cistern arranged along the exterior wall as per attached sketch plan. Provide plumbing services. Wall material to be IBS showerline.
