Walls are gib with painted wallpaper. Ceilings are pinex. Floors particle board. Job is to strip walls and ceilings, replace dusty old batts and re-gib. Remove all the rubbish. There’s a trapdoor in the hallway ceiling will need remaking. Not sure the state of the wiring - might be a few days downtime after stripping before relining while electrician is in. Some floors need patching where windows leaked and floor has weet bixed. I think the windows are watertight now. Bedrooms are about 20M2 each. Hallway about 80M2. Hallway has 1M drop half way along. Steps need replacing with wider treads. I think that’s about it. Please contact me if any questions.
