Shed Loft Conversion Maramarua
Job description
I am wanting to divide area of main shed to make self contained unit . There is already a large loft area Approximate measurements of upper floor are 5.7m by 4.7m & ceiling height to paper & iron is approximately 3.1m . On loft floor I am wanting to close of loft area with Gib & insulation but I will keep railings by stairs so it has that open loft feel to downstairs. From the stairs down I will make that area insulated but lined with the same wood that the walls already have on . To seperate unit from main shed I would like a interior wall built 3.5m wide & height of 3240 this will be built , insulated & lined . I would like to have a new door installed at the entrance.
