Lyall was very professional, and made sure to contact me on anything that varied from the job. Otherwise he was on time and open on when the job could be completed. He had good communication with the tenants, so made it a very smooth job. Workmanship looks good, and Lyall identified what made the last shower fail, so now the new shower won't have the same fate so quickly.
