We have an old bungalow (nearly 100years) ,the soffits are T&G and have become broken overtime allowing birds to nest. We would like to keep cost down (we are retired) and wonder if they could be 'overclad' with treated ply or fibrolite panelling. Need to get it done before birds start nesting again.
