Relocate plumbing and drainage for new bath in different location (reversed lengthwise, where bidet currently is). Re-gib/plaster if necessary. Relocate or use existing shower/bath plumbing/drainage and install new free-standing shower in that corner. Refit tiles on new bath surround. Paint where necessary. Toilet Fitting: Replace complete toilet (bowl, cistern, and seat) using current existing plumbing & sewer access. Supply of new bath, shower, toilet, and any fittings to be negotiated/arranged. Owner-occupied property, is on poles with plenty of room for access under floor.
