Upstairs bathroom reno

1. Remove old bath, replace with a new one, probably similar style. Install frame around bath, new panels for frame. Reinstall existing glass screen for bath. 2. Remove old taps, mixer and shower head, replace with new. Due to these being replaced the tiles will probably have to go and be replaced or an alternative put in it's place. We are open to suggestions. 3. Remove and replace vanity 4. Remove and replace light above vanity 5. Remove and replace heated towel rail 6. Remove and replace main room light with new ceiling light possibly add an extra one. 7. Install extraction fan or similar ? 8. Remove and replace lino 9. Remove and replace toilet 10. Remove and replace lino in toilet 11. Remove and replace heated towel rail in downstairs bathroom
