Pine Hill Small Bathroom Reno

Small Bathroom Reno, replacing shower (acrylic unit), toilet, wall and ceiling plasterboard linings only. We're going to do as much demo and prep work as we can (including removing existing linings). Looking for a builder to assess exposed existing timber framing and floor condition for any rot - making good. Installing plasterboard walls and ceiling linings - around existing sink which is (hopefully) staying in place. Old brick state house, small bathroom is 2400 x 1800mm, 2400mm high. Clients (my parents) are elderly couple looking to have the only bathroom (or toilet at least) out of action for as little a time as possible, so help co-ordinating plumber, plasterer, electrician for fast turnaround would be greatly appreciated.
