Modernise a small family bathroom

Our bathroom is pink everywhere - pink carpet, pink shower, pink bath, pink basin. It's functional - but needs an update. This is not our forever home, but we would like to make this bathroom a more enjoyable space. Bathroom size is about 5m x 2m. General plan: - move the hot water cylinder outside and to mains pressure. this will free up the space where the cylinder cupboard is. - install a toilet (where the hot water cylinder used to be). I have been told previously that the toilet plumbing runs under the house, and just next door in the laundry with a toilet. - new vanity/basin and move plumbing down a bit so its not sitting under the window and goes into the space where the hot water cupboard was - this frees up lots more space for the bath and shower. We would like a bigger shower, though to keep this cubicle so we don't need to apply for consents. Possibly even a corner shower would work? - the bath could possibly be painted white so save money here, however if this is not recommended we can discuss new bath options. The bath could be shifted slightly down so its under the window and makes space for a larger shower. The bath/shower layout is flexible - your recommendations for what will work in the space. - remove pink carpet and replace with affordable bathroom flooring (tile-look? large tile? functional and looks the part). - install electrical socket by the vanity (there is a heated rail but no plugs in the bathroom currently) Please let me know if you need more information to provide a quote for this job.
