Renovation for medium size bathroom

Room is situated in corner of house, so has two external walls. Room size is approx. 2.07x3.35m. It is in an old villa, so has high ceilings (approx. 3m). I intend to strip out remove existing linings myself, will need help to remove existing basin (plumbed in). Will be looking for other ways to reduce some cost (e.g. installing insulation myself, laying electrical cable, etc). We have a basic layout in mind, we need the following: - Windows replaced with double glazed units - one window needs height reduced (large double hung sash on the longer wall). - Fit insulation into external walls. - Relining with wet wall gib board. - Fitting new double vanity into new position, so existing plumbing needs extending. - Fitting new free standing bath at end of room, positioned in the middle (of 2m length wall), existing plumbing should be able to be reused. - Fitting shower corner unit. - Tiling wet areas (around bath and vanity). - Fitting new toilet - extending plumbing required (another toilet is in nearby room). - Rehang door to swing opposite direction. - Electrical work: - Re-positioning main lights, one at each end of the room (one would be over the bath). - Replacing vanity light with two over mirror lights (for double vanity) - Fit heated towel rail - Fit bathroom heater - Fit RCD protected outlet - Fit ventilation We'd like to choose fittings/fixtures, but will need advice on shower head to obtain acceptable pressure - we're on rain water supply. Cold water runs from pump (which I'd also like to replace and add filtering), hot water system electric with wetback from fireplace. This is first phase of major renovations, if price and quality is acceptable - it will lead to additional phases of work.
