Large laundry in old brick bungalow to be turned into half laundry/half en-suite. Would need to cut a door opening into bedroom wall, pull wall through laundry, and plumb in toilet, shower and sink. Some plumbing exists due to laundry currently in this space. Will also need some wiring for lights/plugs. Consent not applied for yet.
