Job description
We are redoing our bathroom. This will involve removing the bath and hand basin - reinstalling a new hand basin and enclosed shower (Cezanne round shower 1200 x 800). The toilet is new (<2 yrs old) and will be reused. The floor needs to be lifted (lino & sub-floor) and new sub-flooring put down. All ceratone is to be removed and replaced with aqua gib. We will require gibstopping but are happy to do painting ourselves. Finnally pinex ceiling tiles require removal and replacement with appropriate roofing. None of the work requires a permit. Room dimensions = 2080 x 1770 x 2550 (H)
