I need advice but definitely want to remodel my laundry. The house is nearly 90 years old. It is a typical Dunedin bungalow and built out of brick and timber. I know the outside timber wall beside the sink has dry rot in it and needs to replaced. Part of the issue has to do with the fact the area was a back enclosed verandah and the upper part above the timber consists of small, wooden framed windows. I would consider having the plumbing /taps and drains repositioned and also the electrical work. The area is not large and this is a small job.

Very personable, pleasant, workmen. I was consulted at each stage and everything was completed relatively quickly and well. Their professionalism was appreciated. I hope to use Dun Edin Green again soon liking the fact this is a multi faceted organisation with builders, plumbers, arborists and access to an electrician I think. So a 'one stop shop' .
