Bathroom Reno

My bathroom and laundry area is approx 10 square metres. There has been a leak in the shower which has caused some issues with the floor boards around the shower. We want to strip the lino and fix the floorboards then waterproof and tile the shower floor and halfway up the wall and side of bath (currently it has a sort of plastic lining around wall). Because the laundry comes off the bathroom it makes sense to tile the floor there too. We will add a new shower int the same spot. I would also like to convert the shelves to cupboards.
