Adding an internal bathroom to Studio property

We're adding a 5m2 bathroom to a studio house near Kopu, in the Coromandel. This is an internal renovation, utilising an existing space inside our home to add a bathroom. The new bathroom is not structural and is completely internal, i.e. does not touch the building envelope. We require walls and ceiling to be framed, a slightly raised floor using DekCradle over an existing concrete floor in which plumbing and drainage will run. We also need a ventilation duct to be built running run out of the bathroom, and above some internal stairs, directing the ventilation system outside the house. Hope to work with you!
