New bathrooms
Job description
I have two small bathrooms in our house and one tiny washhouse. Bathroom One is approx 2m x 1.5m and contains a toilet and a vanity. Bathroom Two is approx 2.3m x 1.5m and contains a bath/shower, old ceiling extraction, towel rail and vanity. Both these bathrooms need a complete overhaul. I will soon be moving out of this house so I can rent it out and ideally these bathrooms could get upgraded before I get tenants. I want them gutted including getting rid of stippled ceiling. And then they'll probably need to be relined with Aqualine. New lino, new vanities installed, taps, new shower/bath unit, and a really decent extraction fan as that bathroom has no window opening. Nothing fancy required, just functional long-lasting stuff. The other thing is the little Washhouse which is approx 1m x 2.5m. At a minimum this room also needs to have a basic reno, new lino floor, some new cupboard doors on the hot-water cupboard, un-stipple the ceiling. But I'd also like an alternative quote to relocate the toilet into this room (the toilet bathroom is right beside it). This would also require the window to be replaced with one that opens / or some sort of ventilation put in. The existing washing machine could then go where the current toilet is and a laundry tub could replace the old vanity.
