I have a 1950s weatherboard house that I want to do some major renovations to on a limited budget. I want to put in a new kitchen with walk in pantry, new bathroom (with possible extension) new laundry, new double glazed windows and doors , create a new entrance way, increase the size of a bedroom (Removing an internal wall) and possibly add an internal access garage out the front. Wanting an idea of costs, time frames and where to start? Do I need to hire an architect first? Thanks
