Renovation and modernisation of 1940s family home

This job involves extending the floor area by 16.6m2, altering the internal layout, adding insulation to the walls, strengthening the overall structure of the building with supporting electrical rewiring and replacement of windows, and replacing carpet with laminate. The outside area will also have a deck added with an a veranda to protect the deck from sun and rain. Ideally we would like the work to be undertaken in April and May.
