Water in bathroom skirtings- need to locate and fix leak
Job description
Our house is under contract, the builder report has shown water reading of wet in the skirting of the bathroom. The source of water needs to be found and fixed, has had a replaced shower so could be leaking there? This work would need to be completed as soon as possible please due to the house being under contract, quality workmanship essential as is excellent communication due to offsite owners.

Excellent communication, quality workmanship and speed. As out of town owners with a house sale hinging on having work brought up in a building inspection completed by an LBP, we had complete faith and peace of mind dealing with Cadmy, he managed the job for start to finish and was able to call back there if any other things needed attention.
