Remove vanity (being replaced with more modern version) Remove bath (Not being replace) Remove shower (panels, not form). Being replace by tiles, which is described) Reroute cold/hot pipes to adjacent wall Build in 'cubby' on wall. (Not sure if this is the right term) Waterproof and prepare walls in shower for tiling Prepare floor for tiling* (flooring to be confirmed). Install glass frame Install and vanity and connect to water supply and waste. Replace extraction fan House was built early 90's.
