Bathroom/Toilet repair/finish

My bathroom and toilet was recently renovated but the builder will not return my calls and messages. There are things that I would like finished off. The sink in the toilet has a pipe and wall behind it which is not painted or covered up and there is a gap behind the door in the bathroom between tiles and floor that needs attention. Also the paint and wall next to the bath and the sealant is bubbling and cracking off the wall. I wondered if someone could help me?
