Bathroom to be redone, basin, shower, tiling, toilet replacement, basin in toilet room, likely some plumbing and custom build to fix layout, potential moving towel rail. Replace fans/heating. Kitchen installation. Galley style (4m wide) with island. Laundry installation with possible plumbing fix (unsure, need advice but location of current water pipes may be too far away, the connections from the wall are definitely short if that makes sense). Laundry wall installed with door to garage (around 3m wide). Cabinet/shelving unit built in lounge between columns around 2m wide. Interior decor batens in stair wells. Adding power points (likely to floor) in first floor living area. Dining area lighting installation (fitting to be relocated?). Split lighting at switch. Additional power on wall plus network connection on TV wall (short connection, there is a power point on the same already). Down light installation (11) Hallway light fitting replacement. I would love someone to come over and discuss options. I have a good sized list and need quotes. Really sorry if a lot of this doesn't make sense.
