Toilet Install + a few other things

Gidday gudday, I’m looking most likely for a handyman/woman to do a few things around a property: Replace an old designed toilet with a new modern one (toilet supplied for me) Reinstall some sliding wardrobe doors (previous tenant took them off for because it was scraping along the bottom but have sanded the bottom now) Install a metal bead along the bottom of the outside back door where it currently just has foam installed in the gap which currently looks ugly. Remove the pole in the bathroom (easy) Fix up the wooden door skirting, plastering of the sides of the door where a small square of foundation is on the interior (concrete) Thanks
