Bathroom renovation

We are replacing the existing flooring in our bathroom and have discovered an eq related crack in the concrete. The crack needs to be epoxy filled, in order to do this, the bath needs to removed and then reinstated, tiling will need to be redone and possibly painting too. EQC will pay for this. In addition we would like to install a small sink in our toilet, this should be simple as the wall is adjacent to the bathroom and can use the plumbing for the bath...although pipework and sink needs to be installed.

Awesome. Did a fantastic job, great communication, helpful, cleaned up the space every evening and did a few extra bits (that weren't part of the original job) for no additional cost. Wonderful and would use again.
