Removing a load bearing wall

There is a load bearing wall (with a doorway in the middle) between my dining room and my kitchen (width of the room is 3.6m) in a 1900s villa. I'm looking to remove the wall between the two rooms to create an open plan room. The key part will be installing the beam - we can gib, paint, sort out the flooring etc if needed, but keen to understand how much it will cost for you to do it all, or for us to help out with some :) No consent has been applied for yet.
